The team from Garratts were found to be extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. The appoint was booked in and Shane came and visited the site and explained various options available. We booked in the treatment and the the team who came and carried out the procedure was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Garratts to anyone needing damp treatment and will definitely use them again. Hats off to the team!

Was recommended to this family run company by an estate agent. He said they had integrity and honesty. They didn’t have an appointment for a few days as was fully booked. They were very patient when I phoned (regularly) for an earlier appointment. The survey was carried out and and was clear, easy to understand and very informative. The surveyor called to discuss results too. She was patient and clear and helped me understand. It was so refreshing to deal with people that listened, understood and were helpful. A rare event now and I will use them for the follow up work as I trusted their assessment. Highly recommend them and wish they could solve other problems for me! I’m fed up with companies who do not give customer service so you will be happy to deal with them.

Chris Baxter from Garratts Damp and Timber Ltd came out to carry out a damp survey at my property and I was really impressed with his service. He clearly explained the cause of the issue, where it was coming from and the steps needed to resolve it. He was very thorough, honest and took the time to answer all my questions. I was quite stressed beforehand but his calm and professional approach really put me at ease. He also gave helpful advice on what I can do in the meantime before the full report.
