I can highly recommend Property Conservation Services - we had a damp proof wall membrane that had failed and some damp at base of staircase and the guys have done a fantastic job. The crew were highly professional helpful and friendly at all times and have cleaned up so well afterwards you wouldn’t know they’d even been in! Special thanks to Roger, Robson and Alan. David Finlay provided a detailed quotation and gave excellent advice regarding our options, Margaret was extremely helpful arranging the works to be carried out. Roger completed the works over a 3 day period, a very professional, skilled gentleman whose customer service was above and beyond expectation. This lot sent out a useless surveyor called Steven Evans. All he did was boast about some prize he won. He missed the damp under the stairs but still came in double the price of Clove and Peter Cox and Biocraft. To be avoided!

A very positive experience. The surveyor checked everything carefully and recommended damp proof treatment in one cupboard but not in other places I had been concerned about. The installer Roger came to do the work 2 days later. He was very pleasant and worked quietly and tidily and cleaned up after himself. So far so excellent!

From start to finish very efficient team which included David, Roger, Rob, Scott, Alan and Lee. Part of my property required treatments to remedy and repair damage from historic moisture penetration. Will definitely use this company again if needed.
