Friendly, professional and very helpful. Mathew and his team helped move my elderly parents and I was so impressed with the care and quality of the service. I felt under no pressure with the unpacking ( which I have experienced with other companies) and they were quick to offer to help dispose of items which were ultimately unnecessary. I would definitely recommend.

I contacted Matthew for a quote only a week and half before I could fly to the UK for the moving. I also had a very tight time frame where I needed this move to happen, and from that very first email I always got very quick and professional service. We ended up booking the move for the day I was flying in and despite the uncertainty of the timings, communication was excellent and the team was at my door and ready to get to work at the time arranged. They were quick, professional and careful with the items. In less than 5 hours the job was complete and all the containers sent to storage. Despite my inability to estimate how many boxes were needed, Matthew was very supportive and helpful with the estimation and the quote was very similar to the final pricing. Payment for the storage space has also been very smooth so far so I am very impressed with this local company. Looking forward to work with them again in the future.

We postponed our exchange date because they couldn’t do it, but they said they could do a week later and he’ll contact us if he needs to take a deposit to secure the date as at the time no one else was booked in. We aligned everyone else in the chain with that date and then we had a complete nightmare to get a hold of Matthew Carter to secure the date. They finally replied with a promise to contact the same day or following morning and a holding maybe. Still no contact, I finally got a hold of them the following afternoon just to hear they can’t do it. This was a week before the move we’d aligned with their calendar. Even though we got a quote two months before, we gave them an indicative date for the move, changed it to their calendar and we further contacted them three weeks before to confirm the date they can do. They refused to answer calls and emails and we were happy to pay a deposit to secure the date. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell us they can't do the move on the date we discussed, I had to chase and chase until I finally got a hold of Matthew. Disappointing, rude and just plain ridiculous. White and Company came to our rescue and did a great job!
