Rivers Plastering

Martin has skimmed several ceilings in our house over the last few years and we'd 100% use him again. He's communicative, punctual and an extremely neat worker. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Plasterer! Martin, is skilled and hugely dependable. Having a historic cottage, there are plenty of challenges and some high levels of skills required - along with a few curveballs thrown in! I will certainly continue to use Martin, as I trust him implicitly that he will do a high quality job. Would recommend time and again.

We recently had Martin complete significant plastering work in our home, including adding new plasterboard to two bedrooms and skimming all three bedrooms and the hallway. We couldn't be more thrilled with the results. From start to finish, the experience was exceptionally positive. Martin was always on time, and it was impressive that he completed the project bang on time, exactly as quoted. He was also incredibly clean and tidy, ensuring that our home remained comfortable even while the work was in progress. This was particularly important as we were living in the house at the time, and Martin was remarkably discreet and considerate. His work is truly meticulous, resulting in a really great end product that transformed our walls. The smoothness of the finish is outstanding; we didn't have to sand at all and were able to paint directly over the plaster without noticing any imperfections. Beyond the quality of his craftsmanship, Martin maintained excellent communication throughout the project, always keeping us in the loop with the progress, what he expected to get done each day, and when he would be on-site. To top it all off, his services were offered at a good price, providing excellent value for such high-quality work. We highly recommend Martin for any plastering needs – a true professional!

Martin did an amazing job of replastering our 1930s utility room following the moving around of plumbing and electrics including going back to the original brickwork in a number of areas. He did a great job of plastering the entire room and ceiling. Top quality finish, tidy working, turned up when he said with good communication throughout and for a fair price. Will definitely use him again for any more plastering jobs we have!

Fantastic service. Martin did a great job at plastering over our artex covered ceiling. A difficult job, but the outcome was perfect. He fitted us in withing 2 weeks, gave us a very reasonable quote and left no mess. We're very happy.
