Reading Aerials

I decided that I need an antenna to watch the upcoming World Cup - I can't stand the delays from watching online. I looked for local companies and Reading Aerial was one of the main results. I've sent an email and quickly got a response, and booked a visit for a quote. The quote visit was great, Rad was a delight. Kind, funny, and able to explain everything easily. He quoted me for a satellite dish and for an aerial. I decided for the the dish because it was a bit cheaper and an easier work. Once I emailed them with my decision they booked the installation for the next day. Job completed quickly and safely, pretty happy with everything. Every single interaction with a member of their team was polite and efficient.

Excellent service. The team fixed my TV and sound bar to the wall hiding all the cables. They fixed our broken internet connection as well! All of the work was done to a really high standard and Dan gave some great advice on which type of brackets to use! Would highly recommend.

Its always a delight to deal with people who know what they are doing. In this case from making the appointment to completion was informative and achieved everything. There was good communication prior to the visit, with the RF Engineer turning up with test equipment, knowledge and experience resulting in a speedy diagnostic and process to rectify the issues. From his experience with multiple brands of TV He was also able to configure for best performance. Issues with the Bluetooth connectivity were also resolved. Great advice was provided on accessing SC4 and UHD and app based services. Highly recommended

We could not be more impressed with Reading Aerial Services. Came across as very knowledgeable straight away and just got on with the job! Mounted our 65” TV perfectly and the finish is perfect. Amazing attention to detail, all the cables are completely hidden so it looks really clean on the wall. Worked efficiently but still took the time to get everything right which you don’t always see. Will definitely be using them again as we’ve got more TVs to go up. Would happily recommend!

Reading Aerial Services Ltd attended my property promptly and effected a diagnosis and solution to my reception problem. The operative who attended, was friendly and took the trouble to explain the fault and the solution. I would recommend them highly for their service.
