ProPest Oxford

Absolutely excellent. I used the online booking service, which was very easy to use, and Pete arrived early - on a Sunday afternoon! The treatment was carried out extremely professionally and Pete explained what he was doing and what would happen after the treatment. It was successful and today there is not a hornet in sight. Thank you so much. I would not hesitate to contact you again.

I made a request late at night to resolve my wasp nest. I spoke to Pete the following day and within an hour, he was here. He was professional, courteous, and a lovely man who handled the situation quickly, explaining to me what would transpire next. I greatly appreciate the prompt response, as the wasp nest was next to the youngest members of the family and in this heat, we were unable to open the windows. Thank you very much, Pete.

So grateful to Pete for his expertise, prompt response times, patience and generally superb customer service. He helped me deal with a rat problem efficiently and calmly, and was always happy to share his vast reserves of knowledge and answer all my questions. He was very sensitive and compassionate about our situation and helped us through what was a stressful predicament. His support has meant that our children are able to enjoy our garden again in time for summer, which has made all the difference to our quality of life as a family. I recommend him without hesitation.

Very efficient, helpful and reassuring. ProPest arrived quickly and sprayed the house twice to control the moth problem. Pete answered my questions about warranties promptly and was always polite and easy to deal with.

Pete provided an unbelievably good service in our time of need and panic following rat problems at our house. He arrived at very short notice and started to work immediately on arrival. I've never seen such focussed attention to a problem. He also deserves the St George's Cross for Valour in Peacetime for tackling unpleasant and sometimes dangerous ratty situations! He got traps down, installed a drain device on the weekend and provided continual analysis, reassurance and monitoring until the problem was eradicated. I would wholeheartedly recommend Pete and ProPest for Pest Control in Oxford.
