Oxyplumb installed our new boiler over three years ago and have maintained it ever since. We have had consistently excellent service. The engineers are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The communication and organisation behind them (that's you Lisa!) is first class. We would not consider using anyone else. Highly recommended.

We’ve used Oxyplumb for our yearly central heating service and they’ve been excellent every time. Everything is done professionally, with no fuss, and communication is spot on — they turn up when they say they will and keep you well informed. They did a brilliant job fitting a Hive system so we can control our heating in two zones, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. They came back when it stopped working to explain the settings. They’ve also been really helpful in suggesting other good local trades (like an electrician) when needed. An unreserved and enthusiastic recommendation — reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with.
