Oxon Conversions

Oxon conversions converted our loft in north oxford into two bedrooms and a bathroom. They were fantastic throughout - delivered the work on time (16 weeks from start to finish), on budget, neat, tidy, and were incredibly professional. During the build, they were extremely receptive to any tweaks we made on the way, helped us to get everything done in the best way and prioritised quality throughout. It was clear how much pride the builders who came on site take in their work, and they were friendly, very tidy and easy to work with. They kept us informed, involved us in any decisions throughout, made useful suggestions which improved the overall result, worked tidily, and arrived bang on time every single day. The quality of the interior is equal, with beautiful plaster work, careful electrical work, and their plumbers / fitters made a great job of the bathroom. All in all, I can't recommend Oxon highly enough. I've certainly never worked with better contractors.

I cannot rate the experience of having a loft conversion with Oxon Conversions any higher. From start to finish it has been brilliantly managed and fantastically built (including our several additions that we asked for as we progressed). The end to end process is excellent, it is clear, informative and the quality is outstanding. We progressed through each phase and ticked off everything specified in the detailed documentation we were given then paid in stages. We would really recommend Oxon Conversions and have been to our friends already😉 I really have to praise some key people who were absolutely brilliant throughout the process. Below are the people who were involved from day 1 and we are very grateful to all of them: Greg (PM), Matt, Brandon and Brad (building), Elliot (plastering), Dennis (electrical), Simon and Ricky (plumbing) and Paul (carpentry) - hopefully I have not missed anyone but thank you all guys for a great loft conversion👍🏻👏🏻

We had our loft completed by Oxon Conversions in the Spring and I can not recommend the company enough. The team that worked on our house were friendly and professional. Extremely tidy, until the break through of the stairs it was almost like they were not there. The quality of the building work is fantastic and if we wanted to make changes to things the team were more then happy to accommodate. The finishing i.e bathroom and fitted wardrobes are of a great standard and when they give you a quote they stick to it. It is really nice to know exactly how much something is going to cost. Thank you for all your hard work and improving our home.

⭐️ A Huge Thank You to Oxon Conversions for Our Loft Conversion We recently had the pleasure of working with Oxon Conversions on a loft conversion at our home, and we are absolutely delighted with the outcome. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and met our expectations in every way. The quality of the workmanship is truly exceptional—every detail was handled with care and precision, resulting in a space that feels both beautifully finished and incredibly functional. The team was reliable and punctual, sticking to the timeline they promised and keeping us informed throughout the process. One thing that really stood out was the cleanliness and respect shown for our home. The site was kept tidy every single day, which made a huge difference in keeping things comfortable while the work was ongoing. We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who worked on this project—your dedication, skill, and professionalism made this such a positive experience for us.

Greg and the team were amazing. So professional and courteous, and did a wonderful job with our loft conversion. We were particularly impressed that each tradesperson was there reliably at 7:30 each weekday, and as soon as one set had finished, the next would be there the morning after. They managed to completely finish our loft in 11 weeks from the scaffolding going up, with just a week or so off for Christmas. Communication was excellent, and we couldn't be happier with our new loft space. 100% recommended.
