Oxford Tiler

Bernie has completed two tiling jobs in our house: the reason we asked him back was because we were so pleased with the first job. Bernie is very personable - a guy you are happy to welcome into your house. He listened carefully to what we wanted then came up with excellent suggestions, taking enormous care to make tiles look straight when the room wasn't! We'd have no hesitation in recommending him for a first-class job.

I have spoken to one of the two people that work/own the company on three occasions. On the first I was told he would get back to me as not in the office to book a slot for an appointment. After a month I called him back and was told that he had no recollection of talking to me! We then arranged for him to come today at 10am. After waiting in and no sign of him showing up I called and was told again that he had forgotten. He told me he was on a job late yesterday and the last thing on his mind was looking at quotes. He went on to say that "the trust is gone and why would I want a quote now? We just wouldn't be able to work together based on my experience". Totally unprofessional and rude. I've never been spoken to in such a manner. Avoid this "company" they clearly can not cope and have no idea what they are doing. What a shambles.
