I couldn’t be happier with the carpet fitted by Ideal Flooring! Luke came out to measure up and bring samples, and he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He offered great advice when I needed it, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The carpet looks fantastic. Highly recommend Ideal Flooring for their professionalism and excellent service!

Ideal Flooring installed white rock and altro flooring throughout our pubs kitchen walls and floors in June 2023 and did a first class job, from the initial meeting with Luke to the team arriving to complete the install. In January 2025 we were very pleased to have Ideal Flooring return to install altro floor to the pubs bar area and beer cellar and again, from start to the finish, Ideal Flooring’s installation was first class. More recently, in we noticed a small area of altro floor in the kitchen had “bubbled” and contacted them, Paul from Ideal Flooring visited the kitchen and removed a small area of the floor which he took away for tests and examination. 4 days Iater Luke contacted me to arrange for a large area of the floor (much larger that the bubble) to be removed and replaced under warranty. I am delighted that the floor has been replaced as planned, quickly, professionally and with no challenges or delays. I am so glad that we chose Ideal Flooring Oxford to do our pubs install, Luke and his team are conscientious, experienced and skilled individuals and it was a pleasure to have them working at our public house. I have no hesitation in recommending Ideal Flooring.

Absolutely phenomenal company. Came out last minute before christmas to fix a horrendously botched (twice over) floor from another company. From first contact, survey, quote and full installation all in 4 days and the workmanship is superb. I literally cannot fault them. I will use them any time I need a new floor.

I had wood flooring fitted and couldn’t be happier. Nathan made everything easy and clearly knows what he’s doing. The flooring looks great, and the team did a tidy, professional job. They were polite, on time, and careful with their work. I’d definitely recommend!
