G.E.C. Electrical Contractors Ltd

We are a small community-owned village shop (Ewelme Village Store), and when our electrics started tripping out randomly and we were at a complete loss. It was turning off all our fridges and freezers and we were at risk of losing a large amount of stock. We were recommended GEC Electrical Contractors Ltd and they gave us excellent support, suggesting things we could test to resolve it. When none of that worked, Will came out multiple times to get to the bottom of the issue, eventually diagnosing a damp damaged cable. He was polite, friendly and extremely helpful in explaining everything to us, and making suggestions to improve our set up and hopefully prevent issues going forward. We are very grateful to Will for his persistence and profsesional service and would definitely recommend GEC Electrical Contractors Ltd.

Competitive prices, knowledgeable staff, and polite and competent installers made the fitting of my solar panels and battery system in May a totally stress free experience. Special thanks to Mark for his visits time to explain the system and ultimate design and Max the electrician. Highly recommended

The work was to fit an electric car charger. The quote was very competitive so we went ahead. A date was fixed and the work commenced. Initially a untethered charger (i.e. no lead) was fitted but, after discussion, we agreed that a tethered charger had been ordered. A replacement was sourced which Will fitted Easter Monday! Overall, we were very pleased and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Nothing was too much trouble for the company which was extremely helpful throughout. The installation was carried out by skilled and very pleasant workmen under the supervision of a supervisor who was completely on top of his job and well informed besides being a delight to deal with.

We have had problems with a Monsoon unit since moving here 18 months ago. William came today. He was very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. Many thanks.
