Cherwell Windows

A very positive experience. Three old single glazed softwood windows replaced with double glazed aluminium units. The surveyor who measured up was delightful, despite having had to leave home at 5.00am that morning. The two fitters arrived early and were also very pleasant. The work was carried out to a high standard and they cleaned up well afterwards. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Cherwell to anyone needing new windows.

Absolutely fantastic service, our doors are amazing and the team of surveyors and installers (Silvester and Dominic) were prompt and extremely efficient and cheerful. The doors and work area were left clean and tidy. The door operation was carefully explained and demonstrated. We would thoroughly recommend Cherwell.

Can't fault CW. We were replacing a 44yr old internal sliding patio door that divided the lounge from the porch. The whole experience was seamless. Steve opened the showroom on a Saturday for us to view the various systems which was useful. The QFort system was selected. The time scale indicated was 10 weeks but installation came in earlier which was completed in 6 hours. Great job Cherwell.

I honestly cannot recommend Cherwell Windows highly enough. I inherited the warranty when I bought my house, so I was not even the original customer, but the level of care I have received has been exceptional. I contacted Paige about an issue with some doors and she could not have been more helpful. She kept me updated throughout, chased the supplier, arranged the right parts, and when I mentioned another door issue, she had an engineer out the same day. Within hours, everything was sorted. That kind of after-sales care is rare. Cherwell Windows should genuinely be training other businesses on how to look after customers properly. Paige has been absolutely brilliant: friendly, proactive, professional, and a real credit to the company. I will not hesitate to use Cherwell Windows again when the need arises.

Cherwell fitted some patio doors on our house we are renovating and they were amazing from starting to finish. The communication was really good, all the staff were extremely nice and friendly, including the door fitters who were really great guys. Our builders even said that they were one of the best companies they’d worked with and we had arranged the doors completely separately to the build. The doors are absolutely stunning, so soundproof and such good quality, we couldn’t be happier!
