Assured Drainage

Alex and Shawn are polite, friendly and professional. Alex quoted for the work within a couple of days of coming to have a look. On the day booked, Shawn arrived promptly and started work. They allow a bit of extra time on their jobs in case of any unexpected difficulties. The weather was a bit of a problem on the first day but he dug out the old gully, extended the channel and laid the new pipework in the drizzly rain. He started the reinstatement but it was too wet to do any mortar or concrete work. Fortunately, it was dry the next day so Shawn was able to finish the backfill and reinstate the paving and concrete, leaving it in a better condition than it was originally. These guys arrive when they say they will and do the job they say they’ll do quickly, cleanly and without fuss, even in the rain! First class all round.

From their first visit to survey and quote, the service from Alex and Shawn has been fantastic - helpful explanations, and no doing work that didn't need doing (my job turned out to be easier than expected). Flooded drive, replacement manhole and new drain for outside tap all sorted with great humour. Thank you chaps!

Alex came promptly and sorted our problem quickly & efficiently. Explained everything perfectly. Highly recommended

Contacted on sunday about a blocked drain, came the next day, very dilligent job no fuss, no problems, all the right kit. Highly recommended.

Extremely fast and efficient service when we had a blocked drain. Alex swiftly located two manhole covers, one hidden under gravel, the kitchen gully and driveway soakaway, and cleaned and cleared them all. He was polite and the service was reasonably priced. Would recommend!
