Excellent service from first contact. Simon came out to look at my boiler within two hours of phone call. Sadly my boiler was beyond repair which I expected due to it's age. Simon fully explained which new boiler would be best and quoted for the work quickly. New installation was carried out by Jamie who was superb. Polite and left everything tidy and excellent workmanship. New pipework Jamie installed is very neat and he fully explained everything before he finished. Recommend A&B highly.

Fab, service by Above & Beyond by Simon & Jamie for fitting a replacement water tank for a very old & leaking water tank in the loft. I was quite anxious about the whole thing , but Simon calmly explained the whole procedure.Jamie who fitted the new tank, was super calm & efficient & worked so hard all day to get the job done, explaining what he was doing at every step.Jamie didn't stop all the time he was here cleared up superbly & didn't leave till everything was triple checked & spot on. Full marks to Above & Beyond, the proof of using local skilled professionals.Huge Thanks to Jamie & Simon.

Excellent service. Simon came out to service the boiler but noticed there was an issue with the gas supply. He explained the issue and demonstrated all the tests he conducted to identify a problem. Simon needed to check the work calendar to confirm a follow up appointment and gave a tentative holding date. The next day he phoned to say Jamie would come around within the hour to carry out the additional work. Jamie, arrived as stated and based on the briefing he had been given and his own assessment worked efficiently, cleanly and informatively. Simon's details were passed on as a recommendation from a friend, we are really pleased with the speed, responsiveness and professionalism of his company.

The engineer who visited was polite and informed me of exactly what was going on throughout the service. Jamie explained what the results of the service were , giving me a lot of confidence and I appreciated the professionalism.

Very rude. Was told someone would be out between 1-3 and when they turned up at 11 was demanding to know where we were, telling me there’s a car on the drive and how long someone would be. Shame really as the person before to service the boiler was very polite and professional.
